Type of cancellation

Ordinary is the usual one: the contract ends when its term runs out. Extraordinary means you are ending it early for cause.

Whatever names it clearly — the plan, and monthly or yearly.

First and last name

Anything else that identifies you (optional)

Username, customer number, invoice number — whatever you have to hand.

Email address

The address your Aptora account runs on. Your confirmation goes there.

When the contract should end

What happens next

Your cancellation counts from the moment you press the button, not from the moment we process it.
If you are signed in, we stop the renewal straight away, at the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you are not signed in, we email you a link that completes it — so nobody can end your contract by typing your address.
Your account and your profiles stay — they continue on the free plan.
